Apply for compensation
For unemployment and sick leave, you apply for compensation via our web form. You will find the link to the web form further down this page. For other matters please contact our customer service.
For faster processing we ask you to wait to fillout the web form until you have all the documents ready.
In case of unemployment, you need
- Copy of decision on compensation from A-kassa
- Copy of all payment specifications (sent continuously)
- Certificate of employment– Copy of the certificate of employments that you have submitted to A-kassa.
In case of sick leave, you need
- Copy of the medical certificates – You can find the certificates on My pages at Försäkringskassan.
