Find what you need for us to handle your claim

Are you on sick leave or unemployed and want to apply for compensation from your insurance? Please read below on how you can apply directly online. For other types of claims, contact us on 020-52 52 56.

In case of unemployment, you need:

• ​Certificate from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, Försäkringskassan
  We need a certificate showing what compensation you have received from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency over the past two years.
  You will find the certificate here.
• Copy of the payment of your loan
  We need a copy of your loan notice showing what you paid the month before you became unemployed. It is possible to attach a printout from your internet bank. If you pay quarterly, you must submit the notice for the entire period.
• Certificate of employment
  Copy of the certificate of employments that you have submitted to the unemployment insurance fund, A-kassa.
• Copy of decision on compensation from the unemployment insurance fund, A-kassa
• Copy of all payment specifications from the unemployment insurance fund, A-kassa

In order to handle your case as quickly as possible, you need to submit all documents. We therefore ask you to wait with your application until you can submit all documents at the same time.

You need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to be able to apply for compensation.

Keep in mind that your insurance does not provide compensation for:

• Sick leave or unemployment that started before your loan was paid out. 
• Unemployment due to self-dismissal. 

In case of sick leave, you need:
